    Hey all,

    What have you found to be the most effective stretches / routines to aid your training?

    Honestly whatever stretches you and regularity is key. There are some great books out there. But every day for an half hour min is key

      Hey Linda, Tai Chi all the way for me. I find it starts off the flow nicely and gives you the right mind set required to train x
